How We Support You

We are located in Ann Arbor (Dexter actually) Michigan, situated exclusively to make sure jPickem does what we claim.

If you have issues, you are invited to send us email which we respond to usually within the hour.   That however doesn't always mean we can fix your problem that fast, but we'll sure at least try.

When we discover an error, we plug it into our issue tracking system called Taskhopper.   If you discover an error, just email it to us and we'll take it from there.   For anything serious (e.g., Your site will not run results) we'll try to help you the same day.   However, we don't promise that jPickem works with all components on all servers.   It's been reliable for us, but always run only jPickem on League.com.   eg.,  We've not tried to combine our software with other social packages like Community Builder, so feedback from you... we look forward to.
