Don't Come In Last Here -- I guess we're not a typical office because not only do we like the idea of office pickem pools, we require our employees to participate.    In fact, each week, the employee who comes in last doesn't get a paycheck.  Sure, it caused some problems at first, but talk about kicking in the competitive edge.   To a boss/owner, nothing is more enjoyable than coming in Monday morning to see that I didn't finish last :)     But really, we love it.  We're all women and we can kick ass in any group -- even the ones with all the guys.

Women Beating NFL Players -   I love league.com because I can easily pick teams, sometimes with a little help from Pick Wizard.  I kicked some major football butt last year.  You can do a lot of research, which I'm sure some do, or none at all... (my style) and still have fun, and sometimes even win!  I beat some of the big players last year!  League is great if you don't watch every game but still want to be part of the excitement or if you want to start something for the whole office.  Anyone can play!   I'll be back!
